Description
The Parts Expeditor will be responsible for the acquisition of vehicle and equipment parts and related supplies, and for performing various warehouse duties in line with Arizona state procurement regulations and ADOT/EQS procedures.
Key Responsibilities:-
Order and purchase vehicle/equipment parts and supplies.

Maintain and reconcile purchase card logs and receipts.

Conduct physical inventory and reconcile with system records.

Provide excellent customer service in person, via phone, and email.

Fulfill internal stock requests and restock warehouse shelves.

Track and update chemical Material Data Safety Sheets (MSDS) as needed.

Minimum 2+ years of purchasing experience.

Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.

Experience stocking items and managing warehouse inventory.
