SunSoft Online is seeking licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide on-demand healthcare staffing services at the Arizona State Hospital. This is an opportunity to work in a behavioral health setting supporting patients with severe mental illness (SMI).

  Provide direct patient care in a psychiatric hospital setting.   Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.   Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.   Assist in emergency psychiatric interventions as needed.   Work in a team environment with behavioral health professionals.

 Active Arizona RN License in good standing.  Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association).  Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Blue Card – or willing to obtain before start date.  Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona DPS) – or active application in progress.  Negative TB test (within last 12 months).  Minimum 1 year of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings.

 Experience working in mental health hospitals, forensic psychiatric units, or crisis centers.  Knowledge of behavioral health protocols.

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
