Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative 3 will serve in a customer-facing licensing role at the Arizona Department of Revenue.
Responsibilities include:

Receiving, processing, and applying payments (cash, checks, debit/credit cards, money orders) to taxpayer accounts.

Completing daily reconciliation and end-of-day balancing of assigned till.

Assisting taxpayers with inquiries, license applications, and updates.

Providing information on licensing laws, rules, and procedures.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma (minimum).
Experience:
-
2+ years of customer service experience.

1+ year in a high-production environment.
-
Cash handling experience.
-
Proficiency in Google Suite.
Skills:
-
Excel proficiency.
-
Strong basic math skills.
-
Knowledge of tax processes (preferred).
Other:

Local candidates only (must be available for in-person interviews and able to start within 2 weeks of offer).

Security clearance required.
