Position Overview:

This position involves performing a variety of heavy/light vehicle/equipment parts and supply acquisition and warehouse activities following State Procurement Laws, ADOT, and EQS policies. Responsibilities include:

• Ordering/purchasing parts and supplies; maintaining Purchase Card log and receipts.

• Performing stock inventories and reconciliations.

• Providing customer service support in person, by phone, or email.

• Filling stock orders and replenishing warehouse shelves.

• Assisting in obtaining, tracking, and posting Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for chemicals.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of purchasing experience

• 2+ years of customer service experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in stocking items
